About

Hello! I’m Zoë

I have studied a broad range of subjects from costume design to interior design and health humanities and arts. What I have come to realise is that I enjoy the process of writing along side creating art. My work seeks to speak to the human condition and our relationship with nature and urban environments.

Psychogeography plays a major part in my work. There’s nothing better than wandering around an unfamiliar place as a stranger. The everyday mundane and forgotten aspects of our environment catch my attention and feed my inspiration for my current work.

Autoethnography has been my main source of writing in the past year as I engage in reflecting on our urban nature interactions.
